From Kingsbridge take the A379 towards Plymouth, continue straight over the roundabout at Aveton Gifford and after about half a mile turn left signposted Ashford. Pass through Ashford and after about a mile take the third turning on the left. Proceed along the lane and at the next junction turn sharp left signposted Combe. Continue down the lane to the bottom of the valley taking the second right turn marked Combe Farm Barns, Private Road.
