A few steps lead up to an inner hallway / study off which there is a characterful sitting room with wood burning stove and a contemporary garden room with wonderful natural light and full width sliding doors to a paved terrace. There is also a newly refurbished utility room with shower off on this floor. On the upper floors are five bedrooms, an en-suite shower room and family bathroom.
Outside there is a detached barn with a mezzanine room and large wood store, which subject to any necessary consents, offers scope to convert if desired. At the side is space for a boat / trailer.
Borders planted with flowers and shrubs enclose level lawns and there is a vegetable patch. A 5 bar gate from the lane opens into the driveway which provides parking for several vehicles.
