DIRECTIONS
From Kingsbridge take the A379 towards Dartmouth through Frogmore and Chillington. At Stokenham roundabout take the right hand turn signed Beesands/Prawle and E Portlemouth. After around 1.75 miles fork left at Dunstone Cross signed Kellaton/ Start Point and, after a further half a mile or so, turn right signed Kellaton. On entering Kellaton follow the road down the hill to the centre of the village where the property is located.
